Specialized Approach:

Beginning in 1995, Mike was partnering with HR consulting firms and business leaders in the Seattle area to develop a highly specialized approach for designing and implementing HR systems and programs for start-ups. After working as a Project Manager/Consultant for over a dozen M&A’s with AT&T Wireless, Mike relocated to San Francisco, and then on to San Diego, where he fine-tuned his approach for consulting high growth, fast change start-up organizations that begins with an HR Audit.

  • The comprehensive two-day audit will focus first on Issues of Potential Liability. Next, Mike will access the core HR systems/programs with a focus on Enhancing Operational Efficiencies (and/or outsourcing options) while the third and final area will address more long term OD initiatives focusing on things such as Performance Management, Employee Surveys, Team Building and Leadership Development.
  • The Audit will also include a detailed Project Plan with cost estimates for tracking those priorities seen as the greatest need.
  • Once the Audit is completed and work commences on the Project Plan, Mike’s $150.00 hourly rate is significantly lower than any of the traditional brick and mortar consulting firms.
